Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These terms govern your use of newremit.io and the NewRemit service (“the service”). The service is operated by Vacaloca Labs sp. z o.o., Al. Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland (“NewRemit”, “we”); company registry identifiers are listed in the imprint on our About page. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
What NewRemit is — and isn’t
NewRemit is a market-intelligence service: we track and compare the pricing, promotions, and payout networks of money-transfer providers. We are not a money-transfer service, a broker, or a financial adviser, and nothing on the site is financial advice. Rates and fees shown are collected periodically and can change at any time — always confirm the final price with the provider before sending money.
Independence
NewRemit is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any provider shown. Provider names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners and appear for identification only. No provider pays for placement or ranking.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Technical requirements
To use the service you need a device with internet access and a current version of a modern web browser (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) with JavaScript enabled. Signing in requires your browser to accept the essential cookies described in our cookie policy. Email alerts require a working email address.
Unlawful content
You may not use the service to supply or transmit unlawful content — including in the contact form, the early-access request form, or any other field where you can enter text.
Complaints
Complaints about the service can be sent to hello@newremit.io. Please include the email address associated with your account (if you have one) and a description of the issue. We respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint. This procedure does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Who can subscribe
Paid subscriptions are offered only to persons acting for purposes relating to their trade, business, or profession. The free parts of the service are open to everyone. When you start a paid subscription, you confirm that you are subscribing in that capacity.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and paid features remain available until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded pro rata when you cancel part-way through a billing period. And if the service isn’t what you needed: email hello@newremit.io within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full — a voluntary policy we offer in addition to anything the law provides. Prices may change with notice ahead of your next renewal. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights are unaffected.
Acceptable use
You may not: resell, redistribute, or republish the data at scale without our written consent; scrape or bulk-extract the service or circumvent access controls; use the service to build a directly competing dataset; or interfere with the operation of the site. Reasonable quotation with attribution is welcome.
Intellectual property
The service — its design, software, text, and the compiled dataset — is protected by intellectual-property law and remains ours or our licensors’. Third-party marks remain their owners’.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the data accurate and fresh, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information shown. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to the service or terms
We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be announced with the new date at the top of this page and, for account holders, by email. If you do not agree with a material change, you can cancel your subscription and stop using the service before the change takes effect; continued use after a change means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts of the Republic of Poland, except where mandatory consumer law entitles you to bring or defend a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
